Last night Rachael and I attended a Mermaid Tea Party with her friend Lindsey and Lindsey's mom, Sandy. The girls were outfitted in mermaid attire, got some tattoos, and had their nails and make-up done. There were some games to play and a mermaid story time. The tea party was fish-shaped cheese sandwiches, goldfish crackers, assorted berries, a crab sugar cookie and M & M's, with apple juice substituting for tea. The parents were treated to wine, cheese, crackers and strawberries. The girls had a great time. Lindsey brought a goody bag for Rachael with matching Ariel shirts, flip flops and lunch boxes. It was a bit pricey but fun none the less. Here are a few shots.
