Walk for Life

Last night a team from Tom's office participated in the Riverhead Walk for Life, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society where you walk all night. The kids and I hung out with them for a little while. Their theme was "Knocking out a Cure" and they had a boxing ring set up. Some of the team members dressed in boxing trunks etc. Here are a few pictures. We may just have a miniature Laila Ali on our hands! Team Markowitz won many awards, including the most funds raised. They received a trophy "as big as Rachael" that they get to keep for a year. Kyle says that next year he's going to do the walk-a-thon with his dad.
