Today, since it wasn't too frigid, Tom, Kyle, Rachael and I decided to take a jaunt over to the local wildlife center to feed the ducks. Unfortunately, (or fortunately if you're like me and HATE it when the geese attack you for your bagels!) there were signs proclaiming, "NO BREAD!" That's a change from when we used to go way back when but OK, no bread. Anyway we wandered around looking at the animals that are rehabbing at the center and then took the trail around the site.
Afterwards we found somewhere else where Tom and Rachael could feed the ducks, Kyle could pick the cactus spikes out of his fingers and I could sit in the car to keep warm!

Is that what we used to call the sanctuary? I love that place.
ok, so how did kyle get cactus spikes in his finger...or is it self explanatory? by the by, where is Matt?
Hey, that looks like fun. Invite us to go next time!
You got some great pictures. Love the one of Rachael and Kyle walking together. And, you really have to click on the one of Tom, Rachael and Kyle on the bench to enlarge it to get the FULL effect, don't you think? ;)
Nice shots. Where was matt?
yep, kyle loves to make a photo "special".
Matt was at a friend's house, Kyle got spikes from picking up a piece of cactus- of course the signs say "don't take souvenirs" but who listens to those?, yes that's the sanctuary and by all means we'll call you next time we go!
I like the one of Rachael and Kyle too!
