The kids did a great job in the parade. It was much shorter and MUCH warmer than the St. Patrick's Day parade so we were all good! At the end of the parade there was a wreath laying ceremony at the firehouse in memory of the veterans. Members of each grade level were chosen to sing and Kyle and his friend Peter were representatives of the 3rd grade. He and Peter also carried the banner for the band.
